We were building two homes at the same time, one in Jensen Beach Florida and one in Michigan and both the same size. We took possession of our two homes within two weeks of each other and were in Michigan during all of the building time table. We spent about 80% of our time dealing with the Michigan build as compared to our Mel-Ry construction in Florida. Mack and team are just amazing to work with, proactive in solving issues, with a finished product that was better than expectation. We are very happy with our home in Florida, less so with our Michigan property. Mel-Ry is the best!
