In 2011, after visiting with a friend for years, We purchased a home on Nettles Blvd. At the time there was a park model home on the lot which made for a comfy vacation home. With retirement on the horizon, we decided to build our retirement home on the lot. Starting in 2013 with Mack and Dick from Mel-Ry builders, the process began.
After many design meetings with Dick, the house started construction in May 2015. We were in New Jersey during the construction, but with daily updates and pictures, it seemed like we were there. Mack is great, always ready with an answer, congenial, and his team really focuses on the finished product. we took possession of our dream home in January of 2016, and couldn’t be happier!!
